Found this on Facebook, it’s my friends boyfriend. He’s over 18 so it isn’t necessarily illegal.
What’s awful: The tattoo artist is at least wearing gloves, but this is in some guys house. There’s probably a bunch of bacteria there.
How it can be fixed: don’t get tattooed in a house and go to a professional.

Everything seems right in this pic to me. lots of professionals tattoo people at home too. it’s all good since everything is protected with the right material. even the machine and clip cord have plastic over it. stop being douchebags.

It IS illegal. Home tattooing is not legal regardless of age. (At least in Michigan)
